Tu vis \u00e7a au jour le jour. Mais en approchant de la fin, \u00e7a devient de plus en plus concret et la fiert\u00e9 commence \u00e0 se mat\u00e9rialiser, tout comme l\u2019excitation, parce qu\u2019on peut enfin voir l\u2019ampleur de ce qu\u2019on a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 accomplir tout le monde ensemble. Je vais reprendre une image que Marc-Alexis [C\u00f4t\u00e9, VP et producteur ex\u00e9cutif de la franchise Assassin\u2019s Creed] aime bien utiliser. C\u2019est comme lorsque tu montes une montagne\u202f: c\u2019est une fois au sommet que tu constates tout ce que tu as grimp\u00e9. [Rires] En arrivant au d\u00e9but de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Assassin\u2019s Creed Shadows<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, \u00e7a m\u2019a permis de suivre le processus d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre\u2026 et de r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 quel point c\u2019\u00e9tait complexe de faire un jeu vid\u00e9o.\u202fLe nombre de personnes requises pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 livrer quelque chose d\u2019aussi gros, ce n\u2019est qu\u2019un exemple de tout ce que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert en cours de route. Donc, est-ce que je m\u2019attendais \u00e0 \u00e7a? Certainement pas! Mais je n\u2019avais pas d\u2019attentes non plus, alors \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t de belles d\u00e9couvertes et, surtout beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup d\u2019apprentissages! Ce qui m\u2019a plut\u00f4t vraiment surprise, c\u2019est toute la place de la technologie dans le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un jeu vid\u00e9o, tout comme la multitude de m\u00e9tiers qui \u00e9taient impliqu\u00e9s dans le processus.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Quels sont tes plus beaux souvenirs des quatre derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es sur <\/span><\/b><b><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Shadows<\/span><\/i><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">NB\u202f: <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Comme je suis arriv\u00e9e chez Ubi en pleine COVID, je crois que le retour au studio apr\u00e8s des mois de confinement a \u00e9t\u00e9 un de mes premiers moments forts au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. De pouvoir enfin venir travailler ensemble, c\u2019\u00e9tait incroyable! Sinon, je dois dire que chaque jalon du d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Assassin\u2019s Creed Shadows <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a \u00e9t\u00e9 marquante. J\u2019ai ador\u00e9 voir la fiert\u00e9 des gens venir pr\u00e9senter ce qu\u2019iels avaient r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du projet. Qu\u2019est-ce qui a fait la force de ce noyau-l\u00e0 selon toi?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">NB\u202f: <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ce qui a fait toute la diff\u00e9rence, c\u2019est l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de cette gang-l\u00e0. Ce sont des gens qui avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 ensemble, notamment sur <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Assassin\u2019s Creed Odyssey<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Assassin\u2019s Creed Syndicate<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> et <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Immortals Fenyx Rising<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, et qui avaient \u00e9volu\u00e9 ensemble \u00e0 travers tout \u00e7a. Donc, c\u2019est certain que \u00e7a se voyait dans la dynamique et dans l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe. C\u2019est un peu clich\u00e9, mais c\u2019est vrai!\u202fLes gens s\u2019appr\u00e9cient. Et malgr\u00e9 tout le stress, je trouve qu\u2019on a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se tenir serr\u00e9\u00b7es comme \u00e9quipe en prenant soin des uns et des autres. Souvent, on reste dans le m\u00eame secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 toute notre vie, m\u00eame si, pourtant, ce sont ces exp\u00e9riences-l\u00e0 qui nous font \u00e9voluer comme \u00eatre humain. En d\u00e9m\u00e9nageant de Montr\u00e9al pour venir travailler chez Ubisoft Qu\u00e9bec, j\u2019ai accept\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9e par un retour dans ma ville natale, une nouvelle industrie, une nouvelle entreprise et une nouvelle job. C\u2019\u00e9tait beaucoup de nouveaut\u00e9 en m\u00eame temps et c\u2019est certain que \u00e7a m\u2019a amen\u00e9e dans toutes sortes de zones. Mais quand j\u2019avais des moments d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou de doute, je savais que je pouvais m\u2019appuyer sur une \u00e9quipe forte et un studio fort. C\u2019est vraiment ce qui m\u2019a <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">driv\u00e9e<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. J\u2019ai appris \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de ce groupe-l\u00e0. Il va falloir relever tout ce qu\u2019on a appris du dernier cycle de production et bien identifier, comme studio, comment on peut faire \u00e9voluer notre fa\u00e7on de produire des jeux. Parce que c\u2019est en continuant de se <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">challenger<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> collectivement qu\u2019on va s\u2019assurer d\u2019\u00e9voluer ensemble, de b\u00e2tir notre prochain jeu sur des bases \u2013 et des apprentissages \u2013 solides et d\u2019offrir des exp\u00e9riences de jeu exceptionnelles \u00e0 nos joueuses et joueurs. Mais une fois que c\u2019est dit, c\u2019est certain que l\u2019on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 h\u00e2te de se lancer dans notre prochaine aventure ensemble.
