Ubisoft Indie Series presented by National Bank
Quebec City, October 4th 2016 – Ubisoft is proud to announce its Indie series competition, presented by National Bank. This annual Canadian competition made for video game independent development studios aims to offer funding, mentorship, and creative, marketing and financial tools to help local studios and their games reach new heights.
In order to enter the competition, the independent studios must have between 2 and 50 employees and have previously launched at least one game. They have to be located in Quebec or Ontario and should currently be working on a game that will be published on PC, and possibly on other platforms.
Among the prizes for the winning studio of each province, there is a $50,000.00 funding for its game project. For registration and full contest details, please visit the following website.
Video game industry is as vibrant as ever in Quebec. Several independent studios emerge with talented and creative young entrepreneurs. With its Indie Serie, Ubisoft want to support these young entrepreneurs by sharing knowledges and expertise and making them shine to ensure that Quebec stays the worldwide leader.
