TOUR POLICY

Ubisoft Quebec City offers studio tours for high school, colleges and universities in order to introduce them Ubisoft, video game production and diverse accessible jobs within the video game industry.

Because of the limited availability of our teams, the projects confidentiality and the high number of applications
received, Ubisoft Quebec has developed a tour policy permitting the communication department to select among
the requests..

ELIGIBILITY

For the 2019-20 school year, the applications should be sent before 11:59 pm on Friday, September 13th. Every request received after this date will be on the waiting list.

APPLICATION RULES

Schools will be chosen according to the following criteria:

  • Have sent the completed the form available on our Web site at the following address: https://quebec.ubisoft.comen/involvement/ before 11:59 pm on September 13 th .
  • Be a university group, a collegial group or a high school (10th grade and higher) group.
  • Be a group of at least 10 people, maximum 30.
  • The group should be composed of students who want to work in the video game industry.

PROCESS

Please note that students must be accompanied by their teacher and 2 other adults maximum. Use of cameras, video cameras and cellphones will strictly be forbidden.

8 lucky groups will be selected randomly from the applications received (4 in fall, 4 in spring).

To register your group to an Ubisoft Quebec studio tour, please complete the following form and send it back to us before
September 14th.

We will only communicate with the selected groups.

The tour will be approximately 2 hours long.
